The Chester County Sheriff's Department made a pair of arrests over the weekend in relation to a shooting and kidnapping incident.

On Friday, officers were dispatched to 4558 Richburg Road in reference to an argument. Erin Fourney told officers that Hilton Rhoderous Hayes, a neighbor, had stated that he was "going to go get an AK-47." Officers arrived at the location and found Christopher Lee Fourney, shot. Hayes had fled the scene. Fourney was taken to Piedmont Medical Center while the SWAT team and the K-9 Team from York County searched for Hayes.
