Jesse Jackson coming to Chester on Sunday

Civil rights activist and minister Jesse Jackson Sr. will be in Chester this weekend.
Jackson, who sought the Democratic Party's nomination for president in 1984 and 1988 (becoming the first African-American man to do so) will make an appearance at Calvary Baptist Church's 11 a.m. Sunday Worship Service. It will be the first time Jackson has visited the church.
"We're friends. I've worked with him for the Rainbow PUSH Coalition (Jackson's social justice and political action group) ," said Joseph Neal, the minister at Calvary Baptist.
