Driver in fatal Sunday morning crash identified

The driver in a fatal Sunday morning crash near Lowrys has been identified. According to Chester County Coroner Terry Tinker, the driver was Billy Eugene Reynolds Jr., 36, of Chester. He was pronounced dead at the scene after being ejected from his 2006 Ford F-350 truck, Tinker said.

According to Cpl. Bill Rhyne with the SCHP the accident took place Sunday morning about 6:14 a.m. when Reynolds, who was traveling south on Old York Road about two miles south of Lowrys, ran off the right side of the road, overturned and struck a utility pole.
