Cinemax series "Outcast" begins filming in Chester

As it did decades ago when the CBS miniseries Chiefs filmed in the environs of Chester, Hollywood has come calling again.
The Cinemax series “Outcast,” created by “The Walking Dead” creator Robert Kirkman has begun filming in Chester and surrounding areas.
Part of the pilot for the series was shot in Chester and Great Falls earlier last year and this year.
In the last few weeks, the Tona B. Dahlquist Casting Company sent out a casting call for extras and stand-ins in the Rock Hill area and surrounding areas.
