By Brian Garner

Customers and employees evacuated the Chester Walmart early Friday afternoon following a bomb threat. Customers were told to put their packages down and exit the building. Customers and employees in the surrounding shops and restaurants in the shopping center and next to it were also evacuated. Customers reportedly overheard other people saying the threat was that the Walmart would be burning about an hour. Walmart employees along with those from Taco Bell and Pizza Hut gathered in the Pizza Hut parking lot. They were moved a safer distance by police officials at least once.
