Within a day of an April 3 shooting that left a teenager dead in the City of Chester, law enforcement made an arrest in the incident.

On April 3, the Chester Police Department, in collaboration with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) and the Chester County Sheriff’s Office, executed a series of search warrants and an arrest warrant pertaining to the tragic murder of a 16-year-old individual. “We are pleased to announce the swift apprehension of 18-year-old Connie Di-Rose Miller in connection with this heinous crime,” City of Chester Police Chief William Petty. “
