Primary runoff between Norman and Pope is too close to call

As of Tuesday night, the statewide primary runoff results between Republicans Ralph Norman and Tommy Pope for the District 5 seat in the U.S. House of Representatives are too close to call.

In Chester County, with 21 of 21 precincts reporting, the unofficial totals are 565 for Ralph Norman (45.38%)and 680 (54.62%) for Tommy Pope.

According to scvotes.org, voter turnout was no more than 10 percent.
