ROCK HILL -- Mrs. Joyce Steele Smith, 78, formerly of 3023 Steele Village Road, passed away peacefully Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2010.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 28, 2010, at Fishing Creek Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Annette Bedford officiating and Reverends Linda Jenkins and Donald Scoggins assisting. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
