MAYFIELD, Ky. - Graveside services for Mr. Tommy Lewis were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 22, in Highland Park Cemetery. Military rites were conducted by American Legion Post 26.
Mr. Lewis, 89, died Thursday, Aug. 19, 2010. He was born May 7, 1921.
Survivors include his wife, Euple Lewis; two sons, Jackie Lewis of Mayfield and Steve Lewis of Wingo, Ky.; a daughter, Sandy Chapman of Frankfort, Ky.; and a sister, Floride Boulware of Chester.
Byrn Funeral Home of Mayfield, Ky. was in charge of arrangements.
