GREAT FALLS -  A memorial service for Mr. Lewis Thomas "L.T." Payne was held at 1 p.m. Monday, Aug, 30, at Evangel Temple Assembly of God with the Rev. Mike Sollers officiating.  
Mr. Payne, 92, died Saturday, Aug. 28, 2010. He was born Oct. 10, 1917.
Survivors include a son, Henry Lewis Payne of Union; and a daughter, Judy Payne Risinger of West Columbia.
The family of Mr. Payne donated his body to the University of S.C.a School of Medicine in Columbia.
