Earl Moore, who heads up elections in Chester County, is using the occasion of Voter Education Month in the state to promote higher turnout for November's elections.
The South Carolina State Election Commission this week is kicking off a month-long effort to encourage South Carolinians to prepare for the Nov. 2 general election by registering to vote or, if already registered, updating their voter registration information by Oct. 2.
