As the country reflects on the five-year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, its also preparing for the latest hurricane that could threaten the U.S. Coast.
As of yesterday afternoon, Hurricane Earl was tracking toward the east coast. Eddie Murphy, Chester County's emergency management director, said he is keeping an eye on the powerful Category 4 storm.
"There is a front coming through the middle of the U.S.," Murphy said. "If that front slows down, Earl could take a Hugo track."
