The City of Chester Parks and Rec Department is the recipient of a grant from the Herbert and Anna Lutz Foundation of Chester that will help set up a football program for three to four-year-olds.

“When we applied for the grant before, I told the Lutz Foundation representatives I wanted to do something for the younger ages,” said Parks and Rec Director Chris White. “City Administrator Sandi Worthy and I sat down with them and explained what we wanted to do and the Lutz Foundation thought it was a great idea,” he said.
