The annual Jingle Bell Bazaar put on by the Arts Council of Chester County will be, in a word, “tree-mendous,” so much so that Arts Council Executive Director Lauren Medlin agreed to dress up like a Christmas tree and let some arts council supporters decorate her.
Once she got unwrapped from the tinsel garland and the ornaments, Medlin discussed the bazaar at length, which takes place on Nov. 18 at the Chester County War Memorial Building from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
