Arrest made in fatal shooting incident

One man was killed and another was left in critical condition following an early morning shooting Sunday.
According to the Chester County Sheriff's Department, two men were shot at a party at 786 Old York Road at approximately 12:30 a.m. Kendall Culp, 18, was killed in the incident while another man, whose name has not been disclosed as of yet, was shot. That man remains in critical condition.
Later Sunday, 20-year-old Dasean Ratez Moses, 20, of Freedom Drive in Chester was charged with attempted murder. A release from the Department said there was an argument between two individuals at the party, leading to gunshots.
The incident remains under investigation.
